Warwick School has received the Independent Schools Inspectorate (ISI) report, following the ISI's inspection of the school in October 2012.

The Head Master writes “I am delighted with the inspectors’ views as they accurately recognise Warwick School as a safe, exciting, stimulating and challenging environment for our boys. Most importantly, especially in my final year as Head Master, I am thrilled to read the very positive comments the inspectors have made about the boys, and, indeed, those comments made by the boys themselves. I hope you will also agree that it paints a very strong picture of your fine school.”

The School has been judged in ten main categories.
The School has met all the regulatory requirements.
The nine other areas are then graded as follows:

  • The quality of pupils’ achievements and learning - excellent.
  • The contribution of curricular and extra-curricular provision including community - excellent.
  • The contribution of teaching - good.
  • The spiritual, moral, social and cultural development of pupils - excellent.
  • The contribution of arrangements for pastoral care - excellent.
  • The contribution of arrangements for welfare, health and safety - excellent.
  • The quality of boarding - excellent.
  • The quality of governance - excellent.
  • The quality of leadership and management, including links with parents, carers and guardians - excellent.

Only one recommendation for improvement was made:
Ensure consistent opportunities in lessons for pupils to question, challenge and develop new lines of enquiry. An action plan will be drawn up and implemented to address this point.
